Bring your family and boat to enjoy fun on Lake Curlew. Sit on the back porch enjoy the peaceful setting and limited boat traffic. Swim, kayak, fish or ride your bike on the Ferry County Rail Trails right outside of our house. If you are into ice fishing, this is the right place for you. Ice fish right off of the waterfront property. Cross country skiing is a must. on the trail or bring your snowmobiles and explore the many trails around the area.
9 miles from the town of Republic, you can dig for fossils at Stonerose Fossil Interpretive Center, enjoy a cup of coffee from one of our many coffee places or enjoy fresh beer from the Republic Brewing Company. Several restaurants in town to have good meal. You can always cook and BBQ at the house.

Summary: We loved our stay at this cozy cabin on Curlew Lake. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. The beds and seating are really comfortable. The location is excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake (there is an eagle's nest directly across the lake on a little island), we kayaked with the provided kayaks and did a lot of biking on the Ferry County Rail Trail, which is adjacent to the property. The owner, Theresa, was friendly and answered any and all questions we had. I highly recommend!
